About Me: Saylani – On Becoming a Legacy Builder

Welcome to Worthy by Saylani. I’m Saylani Cajayon — a Filipina Christian, teacher by profession, evangelist by calling, and a resilient woman who believes that healing, wealth, and wisdom are gifts we are worthy to receive and pass on.

I’ve worn many hats — educator, missionary, artist, writer, designer, and now digital entrepreneur. But at the core of it all, I aim to be a Legacy Builder. That means I don’t just strive for temporary success — I build for something eternal. I live with the intention to leave behind faith, strength, knowledge, and purpose for the next generation.

✈️ From Mission Fields to Digital Frontiers

Years ago, I served as a missionary to refugees in Thailand, teaching and ministering to those seeking safety and hope. It shaped my heart, deepened my calling, and taught me that even the smallest acts of love can create the greatest legacies.

During the pandemic, the Lord locked me home to help care for my bedridden father until we lost my mother in 2023, and then my father in 2024. It was one of the hardest chapters of my life — but with God’s grace, I endured.

👑 A Prophecy to Be Victorious

In 1995, a missionary from Australia spoke a prophetic word over me:

“God is giving you a new name — Victoria. You will go through many sufferings, but at the end, you will be victorious.”

That name has become my anchor in every storm.

By God’s grace, I have survived:

  • Ruptured appendicitis which led to appendectomy
  • Myoma which led to myomectomy
  • Breast cancer now negative
  • Exophthalmic goiter & hyperthyroidism
  • Multinodular goiter which led to total thyroidectomy
  • Fatty liver
  • Ongoing battles with lumbar back pain and plantar fasciitis

During the pandemic, the Lord locked me home to help take care of my bedridden father until my mother died in 2023, followed by my father’s passing in 2024.

These experiences broke me open — but they didn’t break me down. They gave me deeper compassion, greater empathy, and a calling not just to heal, but to help others heal and overcome.

I don’t claim to understand why I’ve gone through so much, but I know now that it’s preparing me to connect with those who are walking through their own valleys and facing their fears and pains. Like me, they are not meant to stay there — they are meant to rise, break free, and be victorious.

My dream of financial and time freedom

Financial and Time Freedom

Most of us want to have the following:

  • Freedom to do what we love without worry about money
  • Freedom to invest in many things necessary—health, education, relationships, business, etc.
  • Freedom to give to the needs of others
  • Freedom to retire early from work without worry
  • Freedom to stay debt-free

For me, it is freedom to do what I love–serving the Lord in many different ways yet staying sufficient and debt-free.

You may say to yourself, “My power and the strength of my hands have produced this wealth for me.”

But remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth ….

— Deut. 8:17-18 NIV
